*The registration form and fees must be submitted in person only at Goddard High School beginning Monday, April 12 at 7:00 a.m. for in-district students. Enrollment will be first-come first-serve. Out-of-district student enrollment begins Tuesday, April 20, if sessions are available. Forms will not be accepted early.
Sports

The Goddard Booster Club has contacted doctors to do physical examinations for Goddard students for the coming year. The physicals will be given on two dates at Eisenhower Middle School. The first date will be Thursday, May 20 from 6-9 pm. The second date will be Saturday, May 22 from 9 am-noon.

These physicals will be good for the 2010-2011 school year. This is a fantastic deal for parents and for the Booster Club. This is not a requirement, only an option that can be taken advantage of by the parents and students. Parents may choose to use their own family physician.

The cost of the physical examination will be $20.00. These Physicians are donating their time and will be giving the physical price to the Booster Club. Physical forms may be picked up at the information rack located near the office at each school or at Eisenhower either date.

Please do not drink an energy drink on the day of your exam.
