Math - Rocket Math
will be the process used to master Math facts.
Spelling - Your child will take a Spelling pretest on Monday. Each child will take the fast word test. These are 5 high frequency words used in everyday writing. If the child passes all these words correctly, they will be assigned the challenge words. If your child does not pass all of the fast words, then they need to continue studying them until their final test on Friday. Reading - The Reading textbook is to be brought home on Tuesday nights. Your child needs to read the story to you. Then they are responsible in getting you to sign the form and date it. |
| Agenda Books - These
are required to be filled out every morning by each child. They need to
take it home and get it signed every night by an adult. It is a good tool
for communication. If you have a message to relay to me, jot a note down
in the child's agenda for me.
