In the world of 6th grade science, the students are covering Matter. With this topic, students will cover areas like Mass, Density, Volume, and Chemical & Physical Properties of Matter. Very exciting stuff! After Matter, Atoms and Periodic Table will be the next unit to cover. 5th Grade Science The 5th graders have just learned about the Changing Earth. This unit covered Continental Drift theory, Plate Tectonic theory, Plate Boundaries, and the different types of mountains. With this knowledge they are now ready to learn about Earthquakes and Volcanoes. |
