Reduced Lunch Application
The Free and Reduced Lunch Application form is
available in two convenient formats. The Microsoft Word template format
allows you to fill out the form on the computer and the Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
file is convenient for printing for completion by hand. Either version
must then be mailed to:
