PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES
We will start scheduling conferences on Oct. 6th between the hours of 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Please call the office at 794-4080 to schedule your appointment and record it in the space provided below.

LUNCH CARDS
The students are excited to get their new lunch cards with their pictures on them. Please reinforce the importance of taking care of them. If a student loses more than 2 lunch cards they will be charged a $3.00 replacement fee. If you have any questions or concerns about your child’s lunch account please call 794-4080. Thank you.

LOST AND FOUND
The lost and found items have been moved to the cafeteria. All items left at semester will be donated to charity. If your child is missing something please encourage them to check in the cafeteria.

SITE COUNCIL MEMBERS WANTED
Site Council is an advisory group that meets approximately 5 times throughout the school year to learn about new programs, school issues, state testing scores…. If you would like to join please notify the office at 794-4080.

WE NEED YOUR HELP!
The teachers are experiencing many classroom interruptions. Cooperation from parents on the following issues would be appreciated:

  • Make an appointment to visit with your child's teacher.
  • When coming for an activity or lunch please wait in the foyer or cafeteria.
  • Classroom phones are on voice mail during instructional time-messages may be left and in case of an emergency please go through the office. Teachers may be emailed through the staff page.
  • Classroom observations/visitations need to be scheduled through the administration.
  • Siblings should not be in the classroom during instructional time.

LOST AND FOUND
The lost and found pile is accumulating. Please take the time to look through the collection for any items that may belong to your child. Items not claimed after PT Conferences will be donated to a charity.

OFFICE NEWS
Please call before 3:15 to inform the office of transportation changes. Any change of transportation is required to be in writing ( fax, letter, or signing out through the office).
According to the Board of Education Policy Electronic Devices should not be brought to school.

JUST A REMINDER
Please return any clothing that your child may have borrowed due to food or drink spills, playground accidents, or restroom accidents. Our supply is very low. Thank you.
