2019 Summer STEM Academy

Summer Learning STEM Academy

Goddard Public Schools Families,

 

Goddard Public Schools is hosting a STEM Academy for current USD 265 2nd through 5th grade students (based on the student’s 2018-2019 school year grade level) that will focus on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) programs and activities.  This STEM Academy is offered at no cost to current USD 265 Goddard Public Schools students.  Bus transportation is available for current USD 265 students living within the USD 265 boundaries.

There are two 4-day sessions at Apollo Elementary School, in which students can sign-up for one, or both sessions.  The sessions will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday:

 

Session 1, “Wild and Wacky Weather” - June 3-6, 2019

Session 2, “The Human Body: Inside and Out” - June 10-13, 2019

 

Registration will open at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 19, 2019. The registration link will be emailed to parents/guardians at the email addresses listed in Skyward prior to registration opening. Space is limited - sign up early! Students must be able to attend all four days of the session to be considered for acceptance.
