for Kindergarten for the 2008-09 school year

This is for Goddard School District residents.
Children must be 5 years old on or before August 31, 2008
Please bring the following for your child:

copy of birth certificate
immunization records
Social Security number
emergency contact information

(name, address, phone numbers)

Goddard Pre-K Program - Enrolling Now!

Are you interested in pre-k for your 4 year old that:

Is FREE to “qualifying” children?

Prepares children for kindergarten?

Meets four days a week?

Has bus service provided?

Children must meet at least ONE of the following qualifications:

Single Parent Family

Teen Parent (when child was born)

Delayed in development (screening provided)

Limited English speaking

Parent with no high school diploma or GED

Low Income
