This week we celebrate school psychologists! Thank you to our school psychologist, Mr. Covel! Here is what he said he enjoys about his job:
"This is my fourth year as a school psychologist. I get the distinct honor of working to affect changes across the school that I feel make it easier for students and teachers to access support that they need in the classroom. I really enjoy getting to work directly with students and teachers to come up with interventions and strategies that work. I also love working with families to guide them through the process of finding the right support for their kids to help them find success in school. "

Today's Pride Time activities were about trust and teamwork! Students created an acrostic poem with their names, coming up with words related to trustworthiness. And some classes had to guide blindfolded team members around obstacles, working as a team!
