Ms. Burr's class got to release their butterflies today!! Not only did they release but they had a visitor from the Kstate extension office who came to teach them about to butterfly life cycle. The perfect end to their butterfly experience 🦋🧡

A big thank you to Ms. Martha for returning to Oak Street to read to Mrs. Schmidt's 2nd Grade class. Ms. Martha was a para at Oak Street in the past and it was so great to have her back at Oak Street!

First grade’s chicks are almost here! T-minus 3 days until our baby chicks arrive!! We had to get one last look at our eggs before they hatch. Today the eggs were moving all around in the incubator. Over the last 21 days we have watched our chicks develop and change through candling. Such an exciting way to study the life cycle 🐣🥚🐥
