Employees of Goddard USD 265 have a variety of choices for their retirement savings.  Those include:

Mandatory Plans

KPERS - All eligible employees (who average more than 18 hours per week consistently) of Goddard USD 265 are automatically enrolled as KPERS members.  6% of your pay is contributed, plus matching funds from the State of Kansas.

Optional Plans

KPERS 457

Administered by KPERS, this is an optional added opportunity for staff to contribute to their retirement savings via a 457 plan.  Benefits to the 457 plan include it’s portability to other KPERS covered employers, and the low costs associated with a large group plan.
